1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the tapwin8 website at tapwin8.org, its sub-pages, mobile web interface, or any tapwin8 service (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "User," or "You") agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the tapwin8 Privacy Policy, the tapwin8 Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other rules and policies published on the Platform. These Terms are effective from the date you first access or register on the Platform and remain in force until your account is closed or these Terms are superseded by a revised version. Your continued use of the tapwin8 Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are made available in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. tapwin8 is operated under the jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines and is licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

2 Eligibility

Use of the tapwin8 Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility conditions:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participating in real-money gambling activities in the Philippines as mandated by PAGCOR. tapwin8 is committed to preventing underage gambling and will request government-issued age verification documents from any account at its discretion.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the tapwin8 Platform complies with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a Philippine court are not eligible to register.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order issued by tapwin8 or any PAGCOR-registered gambling operator. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling may not attempt to circumvent exclusion by creating new accounts.
• Employee Restriction: Employees of tapwin8, its affiliated companies, game providers, and payment processors are not eligible to maintain player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

tapwin8 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension pending review.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the real-money features of the tapwin8 Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all tapwin8 accounts:

• One Account Policy: Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) tapwin8 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, mobile number, device, or IP address used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and residential address. tapwin8 may request supporting documentation to verify the information provided.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tapwin8 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. tapwin8 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials where such unauthorized use results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Know Your Customer (KYC): In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, tapwin8 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable identification includes a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID. tapwin8 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
• Contact Updates: You must promptly notify tapwin8 of any change to your registered contact details, particularly your mobile number, as this is your primary account identifier and the channel for security OTPs.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tapwin8 Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP, ₱). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Methods: tapwin8 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, and InstaPay. tapwin8 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. tapwin8 does not charge a transaction fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees, for which tapwin8 accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawal Requirements: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to fund the account, unless otherwise approved by the tapwin8 compliance team.
• Processing Times: tapwin8 processes approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to four (4) business hours for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals, and within one (1) business day for bank transfer withdrawals. These timelines apply to verified accounts with no outstanding compliance holds.
• Source of Funds: tapwin8 may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into a player account where required by Philippine anti-money laundering legislation (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension.
• Currency: tapwin8 does not accept deposits in foreign currency. All deposits must originate from a Philippine Peso-denominated account or e-wallet.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

tapwin8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to registered tapwin8 players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• tapwin8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms rather than play in good faith — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account suspension.
• tapwin8 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or cancel promotional credits if it reasonably suspects that the bonus was claimed fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games made available on the tapwin8 Platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and others. The following conditions apply to all game play:

• RNG Certification: All slot, table, and specialty games on tapwin8 use Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and certified by internationally accredited testing laboratories including GLI, iTech Labs, or BMM Testlabs.
• Game Availability: tapwin8 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game. Games may be temporarily or permanently removed from the lobby for technical, regulatory, or contractual reasons without prior notice.
• Malfunction: In the event of a game malfunction, tapwin8 will void the affected game round and return any wagers to the player's account balance. tapwin8's decision on malfunction outcomes is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tapwin8 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games or the Platform in a manner not intended for natural human play.
• Exploiting any technical error, software vulnerability, or game mechanic in a manner that was not intended by tapwin8 or the game provider.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the tapwin8 Platform or its payment facilities.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorized payment credentials to fund a tapwin8 account.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with tapwin8.
• Registering a tapwin8 account on behalf of another person, or operating an account in a fiduciary or representative capacity without written consent from tapwin8.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's tapwin8 account without authorization.

tapwin8 actively monitors the Platform for prohibited conduct using automated and manual detection systems. Accounts found in violation will be suspended immediately, and all funds may be withheld pending a formal investigation. tapwin8 reserves the right to report suspected criminal conduct to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the tapwin8 Platform — including but not limited to the tapwin8 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, software, and text — is the exclusive intellectual property of tapwin8 or its licensed game providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the tapwin8 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any tapwin8 content without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of tapwin8 intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability under Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines).

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• tapwin8 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tapwin8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from technical errors.
• tapwin8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
• tapwin8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your tapwin8 account in the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• tapwin8 accepts no liability for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of God, government action, or PAGCOR directive.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

tapwin8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the tapwin8 Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). By registering a tapwin8 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tapwin8 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. tapwin8 may share your personal data with PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement agencies, and other regulatory bodies where required by law or regulatory directive. 11 Responsible Gaming

tapwin8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling in accordance with the PAGCOR Responsible Gaming Framework. tapwin8 provides the following player protection tools, accessible via your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and can only be decreased immediately; increases require a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a defined period of continuous play, encouraging regular breaks.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

tapwin8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's bank or payment provider.
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive calendar months.
• Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement requiring account action.

Upon termination of a player account for reasons other than regulatory direction or confirmed fraud, any confirmed real-money balance (net of bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completed KYC verification.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first raise any dispute with tapwin8's customer support team in good faith, allowing tapwin8 a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) calendar days to resolve the matter. tapwin8's regulatory regulator — PAGCOR — may also be contacted as an escalation channel for unresolved complaints related to Platform licensing and player protection obligations.

14 Amendments to These Terms

tapwin8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, tapwin8 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on record at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the amended Terms, except where a shorter notice period is required by PAGCOR directive or applicable law.

The current version of these Terms is always available at tapwin8.org/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the tapwin8 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting tapwin8 support.
